Farm Application

Farmer submits farm profile, soil history, and current season data to certification body. Digital Twin NPK data auto-populated if farm has edge sensors.

Field Inspection

Certifier (or approved third party) conducts on-site inspection. XRF soil assay, field photos (geo-tagged), inspection checklist completed. Results uploaded to batch.

Annexure Assembly

Six standard annexures compiled: Soil Lab Report (A), GSI Score Sheet (B), Inspection Report (C), Photos & Evidence (D), Chain of Custody (E), Compliance Declaration (F).

Certifier Review

Certifier reviews all 6 annexures, assesses compliance against FSSAI/APEDA/Organic standards. Flags any gaps or risks. Signs off on readiness.

Certificate Issuance

Certificate QR code generated with blockchain record (farm ID, batch hash, cert date, auditor signature). Farmer receives QR sticker for commodity packaging.

Farm-to-Buyer Traceability

Buyer scans QR code at point-of-sale. Sees full cert chain, soil health score, compliance status, farm origin. No forgery risk (blockchain verified).

The 6 Standard Annexures

Every QAgroTrust certificate includes these documents, ensuring traceability from soil composition to final sale:

A — Soil & Lab Test Report

XRF elemental analysis (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, micronutrients), pH, EC, organic matter %. Baseline and season-end samples.

B — GSI Score Sheet & PAZ Confidence

GeoSpectral Intelligence score (photosynthetic efficiency %), PAZ Decision Engine confidence levels, limitations and caveats.

C — Field Inspection Report

On-site inspection checklist: no prohibited pesticides, no GMOs, water source verification, worker safety, waste management. Auditor name & date.

D — Photographic & Geo-Tagged Evidence

Field photos, crop health images, soil profile pit, irrigation source, storage facility. Each photo tagged with GPS coordinates & timestamp.

E — Chain of Custody & Traceability Record

Farm → harvest → storage → post-harvest processing → buyer. Every hand-off documented. No mixing with non-certified produce.

FSSAI certification status, APEDA export eligibility, Organic (if applicable), pesticide residue test results (if required by buyer).
